From break & fix to predictive services

The technology evolution from break & fix to predictive services can be easily illustrated through a car analogy. Many years back you couldn’t estimate when the car was going to run out of gas or if the fuel was low. Later, indicators will show if the fuel is low enabling to refill the tank proactively. But today, it’s possible to estimate when the car is going to run out of fuel based on car’s usage.
